Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows. If an appointment is needing to be rescheduled then it needs to be done within 2 hours of the appointment. If not a new deposit will need to be made for any other appointment. Any no show who cancels would need to pay 50% of the service before being able to book again.
